i heard installing an Intake will suck up gas, is that true?

it will give you better gas mileage because it frees up the Intake and creates a better air-fuel mixture

it will only waste more gas cause you'll be more prone to accellerating faster more often to hear it rofl but NO, on it's own it doesnt give worse gas mileage.
