whatever you do, do not drop it at all. Leave you car's ride height alone or else you'll suffer the consequences. Take it from me, I have a set of Eibach sportline springs on my car and I can't drive it when it snows. If I do, I can say goodbye to my nice body kit. Also, if it rains heavily, your just risking your transmission and your engine from water damage, don't do it unless you have a secondary vehicle to use when the weather get's really bad.

is that your car in your avatar? IF so, that is not low at all. A lot of people on this board including myself have it lower than that with a kit. I think you should go with 2 inch drop if where you drive has good roads, if not just go with the 1.75 drop. IF you have rims and don't drop it like joebelin, it will look very ugly. I hate when i see people with big rims or aftermarket rims without a drop. That's just my opinion.

That is because the sportslines drop it almost 2" which he already said is too much. I have 18" wheels on my car and i got the eibach pro kit dropped it about 1.4" all around and i think it is perfect. We dont get very much bad weather here, but i havent had any problems since I've got them

I would sugest Hotchkis(1 3/8" front, 1 7/8" back), to even out the front and back. (but that's just me)

Do whatever you wanna do, but over here in Clarksville, TN, right after the snow storm, a lot of Celica's here got damage to their body kit's due to the weather. You do prove a good point in dropping your car if you have a set of aftermarket rims, your car would look a lot more better with lowering springs. Just don't go too low or else you'll have problems driving it thru harsh snow and rain weather. BTW, the picture of my car on my avatar isn't my recent picture. My car is a lot lower than that right now. Just to let you know, dropping it this low will definetely have a lot of people giving you the thumbs no matter where you are. 200+Celica's with a body kit is definetely one of the best looking sports cars out there. Here's a recent picture of my car with a set of Eibach sportline springs.

i posted this in your other one: Tein S-Techs...very affordable and it offers a 1.4" drop, which is a great number of inches to drop the Celica while still maintaining ride comfort and prevent you from scraping much
