With the power FC is it possible to be able to engage lift earlier like under

i think so, but what i do know is that you can override the rev limiter and go past 8300rpms.

the APEXI PFC does not work on the 2003+ models of the Celica. (well not yet) thumbsup

Yes it is but it is not power effective for the celica! It will decrease your HP unless you have a lot of internal mods. I think that is how it works.

^the whole point of the PFC is that you can tune it to stop that from happening, where as in a piggy back that exact thing would happen

You can lower lift engagement but it wont help without any aftermarket cams, and since there are none out for the celica, lowering lift below 6k isnt worth it.

if you've got the desire you could make some.

kind of crazy but it is possible to do if you really really had the desire.

you can lower the lift engagement to any rpm you want. however we've done a lot of hours of tuning and havent found any reliable reason to lower it past 6,000 rpms. there's no power gain on a stock motor. and theres also no reason to have your limiter set higher then 8,600 rpms. I can think of at least 2 people in this thread alone who run that way and get great track times rofl
