MAcarbonceliGT New Member 2000 Toyota Celica GT Joined: Aug 2003 Posts: 8	I've been browsing ebay for some body kits and i keep coming across listings for intake MOD chips.. add 20hp.. the chip changes the air/fuel ratio.. they are selling at prices under $10... what i want to know is are these chips for real? or is this some kinda of scam... its seems like the chips are very cheap.. any thoughts?
