AC vent removal

can someone please tell me how to remove these vents because i cant figure it out. I tried many different way but dont want to break them!!! thanks

you do not have to take the dash out...that's if you want to remove the ENTIRE AC assembly...
to remove the two vents, just follow what Stun did and you will be fine...
