Celica Forums General Discussion Exterior Muffler Misalignment

I got a Celica GTS back in august. The only problem is that my muffler isnt lined up in the hole on the bumper. When you are looking at it from the rear it is touching on the right side of the hole. It makes a horrible noise at 2500 rpm. I've thought about taking it off, heating it up and bending it, or cutting and re-welding it. Maybe I just need to see if has been knocked out of alignment and just needs to be finagled back into proper position. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks !!

try and bend the hanger

Yeah just do a little bending on where it looks like its crooked from.

get the rear lifted and a little more info would help
