they arent exactly good for any of our cars. Expect less than 1HP gain and you might notice that your engine revs a little faster. if you have an aftermarket sound system it might not be good because it weakens your alternator. Other than adding some bling under your hood, the pully relly doesent do much.

yeah, pulleys are best used on a supercharger. the less rotational mass, the less of a parasitic effect the supercharger has.

AEM pullies don't harm the car
better throttle response from it.

i thought that crank was the only bad one-water pump pulley from ur raCing and aem alt. pulley should be fine but with an aftermarket system i think 600 watts rms is max you can use without damging something

There is nothing wrong with the aem pulley, you only notice alittle better throttle response but the crank pulley is what is bad for our cars, not the alternator.

yea wtf?

bottom line is that AEM doesn't harm your car in anyway.

that would be a new one to the books...

and that AEM pulley won't harm your car in any way but will probably only give you 1/2 of hp

I've had no problems with the AEM pulley... as others have alluded to -> don't expect much more than a slightly better throttle response and a barely noteworthy hp gain (<1 hp)

... but any positive gain is worth it, however small the incremental increase - thumbsup
