My windshield wipers is starting rip. Does any know which brand works the best?

I think the stock ones are the best I've ever used. I'm gonna replace mine with factory Toyotas. I'm even looking to get Toyota replacements for my wife's Altima.

Saw this on commercial, no hinges so there's no way the wiper can freeze in cold weather. Also, since it's got no hinges, it's curved design help keep contact with the windshield better with very minimal wind resistance. Maybe I should go try it out cause the stock one sucks on highways.
