Need help with code!

I got a check engine light this morning and took the car for a regular maintenace and also to check the engine light. The code was PO#446, what the hell does that means??

I got a gt 2003 and it has a AEM CAI and TRD exhaust, maybe that can help you have a better idea of what i have.

They reset the ecu so i don't have the check engine light on, but i know they did't fix the problem because i told them not to do anything, just give me the code.
