What is your opinion about a body kit with stock rims? should i just get some rims instead of the body kit?

If you get a body kit first then your next mod should be rims. Stock rims dont look too bad with a body kit, I had stock rims on my car with a kit for about 3 months, then got rims.

yea man, you got 15" gt rims. they are pretty goofy with a body kit i think and look too plain. at least go 16 or 17, and from there decide if ur going for performance or looks. if you goin for performance, go with 16 or 17 max with lightweight rims. if ur about looks then go 17-18"

As long as your next mod will be rims, i think a body kit without rims will be suffice until you get the rims.

Actually, i think a body kit with stock rims and stock springs looks ugly. Right now i have a body kit and stock 15" rims but i got it dropped 2.5 inches all around and it looks pretty good. I'm buying rims soon but i think with stock height, it would look really bad. If you bought a bodykit, you would be going for looks and rims should be on your list also.

Thats a hard question to answer. Rims vary. Prices are different on all rims and brands. Sometimes your paying for the name, sometimes your paying for the weight, and sometimes you pay for the look. It really depends.

My preference would be some better looking larger lighter weight rims with some good rubber before I got the kit. Just get good wheels to begin with. Don't get the 17" crap special at Wheel my Ass to Your Sister's Dog. A good quatro will be easy to find and easier if someone is selling them. If you are spending the money to make your Celica better then you have to spend the money. It's easy to get good wheels (wheels make the car), drive in style, and will always look better especially if you are spending the money on both anyways.
I think good wheels and not even great wheels look better on a stock car than stock wheels with a body kit. Sorry.

this spring i'm getting my RMM lip kit put on, staying spoilerless, and i'm going to have them put my 17's on when i get the kit on. i hate riding with stock rims. even though they dont look bad.
