all you have to do is hook them all to a fused line to the battery. I dont know how to really explain it but pretty much it goes battery-fuse-switch-bulbs. If this doesnt help just wait for someone smarter to answer.

^^^thats it. You have a transformer (the little black box with 4 sets of +/- slots). This gets wired to the battery, and to a switch. I mounted my switch in the dummy slots on the dash. Mount the lights under the car, run the wires to the transformer, hiding them and tucking them and mounting them so they have no play. This is important. Put all the wires inside looms for two reasons...One if you get moisture in the wiring or bulbs, they will burn out. Two..it will get the wires from rubbing and shorting out. The transformer I mounted down behind the drivers side headlight. Its not hard to set up all the wiring, etc. but the more time you take insulating, looming, hiding mounting etc. the longer your system will last. I learned the hard way, I have had three complete sets on mine. Moisture is definately the enemy. Oh, some systems come with a way that the lights run from one light to the other in a series and not all four into the transformer. Same basic concept though. I hope this helps. Just take your time.

blue line doesnt have the 4 slots, atleast mine didn't. Its a daisy chain of the tubes making a loop with the transformer in it. ground the system to the battery if you want the brightest illumination, or a strong engine point. Use a good gauge insulated wire like a 8 or around there and put a 15amp inline fuse off the battery. Run that through a 15amp switch and back to the transformer and everything should work

looms are a plastic cover that goes over the wires. There are spiral kinds, and ones with just a slit. The wires go inside them to protect them.

looms did not come with the kit. Buy them at auto zone. You don't have to have them, but it will make your lights last longer. I would loom them all. Your lights run in a series so they run from light to light and then run them up into the engine compartment, any way you want as long as they are hidden away and don't contact anything hot that would melt them, or any moving part. I put mine up inside the inner fender liner and through the hole in the underside top of the frnder into the engine compartment on the drivers side. It is a good idea to mount the transformer inside the car so it doesn't get exposed to the weather. Your kit should've come with clamps that fastenen the wires. All they do is mount the wires (anywhere) so they don't move around. I also used the universal solution...zip ties!! Once you get started on it, a lot of the stuff I'm telling you will make sense.

Make sure when you mount the wires you really clamp them good. I thought I did mine good but last winter my wires got pulled out. you know the snow that clumps up right behind the front wheel, well my wires got frozen into that chunk and then it fell off when I was going in reverse and I ran it over. It pulled the wires out of the tubes.

I reinforced the moisture part by siliconing all the parts where the wires go into the tubes. After that I put split loom on the wires and siliconed inside of the looms. They're moisture bulletproof now. Just an extra precaution.
