Celica Forums General Discussion General light britness?

hey everybody, first off merry christmas, so my question is on lights when the number goes up does that mean the brighter it is for example i saw some 6500 and 8500 lights i want them as close to blue as possible but at the same time street legal if possible. And no i dont have enough for a hid kit i wish i did though also what size or are the name of the reverse bulbs cause i want to get blue onez THANKS!

Anything over 4350K will give off BLUE or even PURPLE lighting...
