hey guys, i recently got 18s on my car (originally had 17s) and although the new rims fill up the wheel gap nicely, it raised the car a good amount, the front looks really high to me. i have a trd drop now, and i wanna go tein. but im wondering if the 1in to 1.5in drop would make a difference. what other options do i have? i have the full vizage kit also

I would go with TEIN springs just because you already have 18's and a kit and TEINs will lower it just right I believe with your set up...anything lower you would probably run into some problems

true, my tein stech drop is nice, not ricey at all with stock 16's on it (thats how it's gonna stay). Great ride too, not really bouncy.

Get tein because trd is barely anything. I went for teins because its a perfect drop. I am going for the BMW look now i'm just waiting to save up enough money to buy my 18's.

i dont think our cars were ment to have 18" rims. It really slows our cars down by alot.

Hey tru_Asiatik_Pride what are the tire spec's you have on your car? I've seen others with trd and 18's and it looks like there is a big gap. For some reason yours looks perfect. I don't know if its the tires or maybe the color of your car.

how many miles you have ur springs on the car?
i would say leave it and get a kit if you dont have one, springs will eventually settle more as time goes on and makes ur car look lower
