The weather in my state is very bad. Snow all winter, but doesn't rain much in the summer. With this condition, should I install my AEM exhaust (just bought yesterday)???

As long as you keep the filter from getting really wet. And what I mean by really wet is driving in the wet with no splash guard plastics and wheel well plastics and no driving through those lakes, ok.
