Well, the 34/78 fits my battery holder just fine. I even put the Hotchkis battery tie down on it. However, I did hear about some people having to modify (Cut) a bit of the battery holder because it didnt fit but I didnt have that problem.

They have a BLUE top but it's for marine vehicles. Even though I do remember seeing a picture of an ecelica member with a BLUE top on his Celi.

I have the Red Top and it fits fine. Just place a piece of wood on top of the battery base and underneath the actual battery. The stock tie down will fit, trust me. I also have a front strut bar and it fits fine.

the part # for the yellow top is D34/78, the red top (PN# 34/78) is exactly the same size as the yellow top so they should both fit in there. the yellow top is better if you have a stereo system or anything else in your car that uses a lot of power. the red top is mainly for starting power. so pick the one that you would need the most. thumbsup

The red one will be fine with the stock HU. I have the stock HU and a Fosgate Punch 800 on my Red Top. Works just great.

hhmmm PAW told me the red top was for when you have a large stereo and the yellow was just a better stock replacement... which is better? i listen to the radio with the motor off for no longer than 20 minutes at a time. (250 watt amp, 2 10" subs...) help? my stock battery is starting to go...

I just bought a red one today and all I had to do was un clip the power wire so I could move it down. The posts are switched from the stock battery so you have to move both cables down.
