Celica Forums General Discussion General what is that?!?!

I was kinda lookin around the engine and shit, and i noticed right by the large tube that runs from the air filter to the engine, theres a small tube that runs kind of down under it to the radiator or somethin im not sure where it goes. but its not connected to anything at the top. does anyone have any larger pics of their stock gts engines? i dunno if its just my car or what.
