ok my brakes always squeak in reverse... does anybody know how to fix this. I wouldn't bother but today i heard some chick say hey look at that piece of shit... not exactly how i want people refering to a celica
most of the gt's do that... it is caused by brake dust build up in the rear drums. you can usually fix it by taking the rear wheels off, removing the drums, and shaking out the dust. the problem will come back, but this fixed mine for the time.
Think about it? About how many times you go in reverse a day? wha like 2-3 times a day?? I wouldnt worry too much about it because it only happens for a spilt second as you tap on the breaks.
