Problems with keyless

Hey guys I ran into a little problem when I tried to reprogram the keyless entry for my 2000 celica. I tried using the guide that's posted Here

But when I go through the whole process up until step 10 where it's suppose to open an close a certain number of times. Well for me it doesn't, so now I am having doubts whether or not my celi is even equiped with keyless entry.

So my question is How do I check if it comes with a stock keyless entry, or not.

All input is appreciated, thanks.

is there a way to find out by looking inside the car, a transmitter/receiver box, maybe?

It's just weird looking at how "should I turbo my celi" threads get like a million replies in a matter of minutes, but when someone actually has a problem it takes about 24 hours and people aren't even asnwering.
