GTS CD Streo Unit

Anyone know if I can just take out a 04 GTS Streo head unit and install it on a 00 GTS without anymodifications? Will the harness fit without problems?

as far as I know it should be fine. Even if the other doesn't have the external amp, it's not necessary to run the head unit. In other words, the only problem would come from the newer headunit being too powerful for the old amp if it was in the 00, xcept that would make no logistical sense. So it should be fine.
