Ok i took it to the dealer today (some one please shoot me) turns out one of the tail light bulb socket had the prongs pressed down and shorted out damn near every wiring harness in the car, fuse block ect. (last used car i buy) so now i need 1. engine loom harness 2. dash harness 3.cowl harness 4.and like ten other misc. parts needless to say 3,591$ in parts and labor (any one know of a good bank to rob)
