the lighter the flywheel the easier it is for the engine to rev. but you kind have to ride the clutch a little to take off.

The lighter is not always better. Beyond that, get one that is light and also made from a more durable metal like chromoly. Extrapolate from the list posted: figure what you can afford, do a search, and ask around for others that have gone through this.

This will effect your ability to land lift! It will be much harder for you to do since your revs will drop faster because of lighter weight.

i would say a fly wheel around 10lbs would be great

From what I heard, lighter is not neccesarily always better. You rev more easily. It will kill your MPG by a few miles because you have to rev more for the flywheels to spin.
