Intake, Header, Exhaust, PFC, Clutch & flywheel should put you around that range.

Well on the GTS is possible, but you will end up at the same price range as a turbo.
On the gt it would even cost more then f/i kits.

That wont get any were close, and just cause you can rev to 9500rpm doesnt give you more power it just lets you stay in a better power curve than say 5000rpm. NO more horsepower is made cause you can rev higher.

There is no way as of yet, thats what people are saying. With what you stated you would be lucky for 180-185 whp on a real aggressive tune. Unless you use race gas or some better parts come out.

I hope you are refering thses number from a Celica GT cause other wise you are off quite a bit.

^^^yeah thats what I thought, here I will go through the number with everybody.

155WHP stock
+Intake 8HP
+Header 1HP lol
+exhaust 12HP
+PFC 14HP
+Clutch/flywheel 12HP
+Pulley 1HP maybe lol

These numbers are estimated and are prolly on the low side so if you add that up you get
203WHP

lucky dyno'd with i/e/pfc at 184whp...not bad since he dyno'd baseline at 154.

but you really need cams and a good race header and not the oem replacement trd or dc have.

The horsepower does not just add like that and your numbers are off anyways.

No i was talking about a gts trust me. I know what im talking about. Your numbers are way off and you cant just add them up, thats ricer math. When a mod by itself gives 5 hp and then another mod by itself gives 5 hp together they dont give 10 hp. Many members have dynoed their cars with i/e/h/pfc and they are all between 175 whp and 185 whp. I havent seen a dyno for more than that. The ones that are closer to the 185 whp side are ones that have had their car tuned extremely well. Like i said a million times already, with the current mods out there you cant get 200 whp, with the exception of using race gas allowing you to do a more aggressive tune. If another header comes out that makes significant more power that would put you closer, other than that a gts needs cams to get over that hump.

it should look more like this starting off with

155WHP stock
+Intake 6HP
+Header 1HP
+exhaust 2HP
+PFC 10HP
+Clutch/flywheel 0HP
+Pulley 1HP maybe

=175whp

ok I have the mods you say should get you to 200 whp and believe me when I say we thought it would get us closer then it did. all we could do was gain a butt load of mid range power lol. peak power just doesnt wanna come easy.

I'd say to hit the 200 whp mark you'd need the following things... (this would be the minimum to even try)

1) Intake
2) exhaust
3) power fc
4) new springs/valves
5) up the compression to 13:1
6) new oil pump for safety
7) 100 octane and a nice aggressive tune.

you could stroke it but you'll mostly gain more torque I bet.

and driving on 91 octane may or may not be possible. if you do you'll have to run a much less aggressive tune and sacrifice a bit of hp.

closest I could get was 185 whp and 136 wtq. stock I dynoed 151 and 112.

lol it shouldnt be that hard!

this is what we have

TPR intake - 7.5 whp
TPR exhaust - 10.5 whp

this is what we are aiming for
TPR header - 10-12whp

With proper fuel tuning...200 whp shouldn't a problem. However you will just have to wait and see.

Remember this is just bolt ons.

If your talking internals...its no problem at all!

TPR Intake! - Injens high end with AEM's low end and NO BOGGING!
TPR EXHAUST! - Exhaust made 10.5 whp peak and 32 whp at 6300 on my car!!!

nitrous is a waste to just get power.

i'd wait till TPR releases all their products, then mix and match what you like.

I believe the 2ZZ is capable of producing a streetable 260+ NA to the wheels. I have said this many times. I also believe and know for a fact from years ago that the 2ZZ is capable of producing 500 HP turboed without lift of course. It might not be streetable. I figure some of the left over parts from that, a bump in displacement and compression, and along with the other things whether minor or not will add up to that number and more. This all comes from TRD USA. They know everything about head flow, port and polish, cams, titanium engine parts, etc... They built the damn thing and wasn't good enough (turbo engine). It's possible if you have some money. Just for starters if I remember $8,000 for the titanium H beam connecting rods.
If you have the money you can push mor HP than most of the turbo kits for the Celica out there. Of course not on pump gas, mind you.

it's actually around $4k for the ti con rods. and you have it a bit backwards about the lift. the eliminated the middle lobe so that there was only lift. I also don't recall ever hearing that they made 260 whp. Also the 500 whp ultimate celica was actually done with a 3sgte I think.

got any links to where you found your info???
