im doin a project and I was wonderin if anyone here knows wuit exaclty you call the people who have performance shops and do custom turbos and that kinda stuff, would you call them tuners?

A tuner is a person who owns a custom import. People that work in performance shops are just machanics. Never heard of them having a special name.
