I'm going to go ahead and stick up for this guy. Not sure why, bored I guess.
Anyway, he is trying to do what everybody in the car show scene is trying to do. Beat this guy here http://www.nationalcustomcarassociation.com/html/elite_bob_mull2.shtml
So far, I think he has only been beaten once this year by Jay Laub and his RX-7. To beat Bob Mull you have to have as many mods as he does. Body mods and engine mods are where you get most of your points. If you look at Mull's body mods, you will see that you need a shit load of body mods to beat him. Like headlight and taillight conversions all get you points.
Now the custom widebody kit mull has is something most people don't have and if you think it's all show and no go, look at his engine mods. Your interior has to be wild like this Celica or just won't get many points.
Mull goes from show to show, collecting the $1,500 price money for winning best of show everytime. The NCCA is actually changing the rules next year because of him. Next year you will not be allowed to win more than five best of shows in a year.
Just thought I would tell you why this guy did what he did to his Celica.
