With all these headlight mods I am getting confuse. As far as I know, there is 2 modification you can do to your headlights. 1.) HIDs 2.) Blue lights
So can someone straighten this headlight thingy for me?
Ohh yeah btw, can you have 2 of those mods at the same time? HID blue headlights?
Thx in advance.

yes. if you get a 6000k or higher hid you can get the blue, but your light output wont be as good, 4300k kit would best but no blue just white and great light output. if you want the blue and the light output you could always do a HID retrofit (check new celica in the apperance section for that mod) or you could always go 03 HID housing and buy the a d2s HID kit. please correct me if i'm wrong i know theres a lot of HID gurus on the forums that know a whole lot more than me, i'm just learning about HID's myself. i hope this helps a little.

you wont be disappointed with the XD 6000k kit. it flicks on purple, warms up to a deep blue then gets bright white. the road ahead of you gets bright white light, but oncoming traffic sees a hue of blue.
its awesome.

you have three options to change the light output of the stock headlamps...
1 - change the bulbs to PIAA or MTEC (this will alter the light output from yellow to either white or blue depending on the bulb)
2 - purchase an aftermarket HID kit (blue would be 6000K)
3 - upgrade to factory oem hid's (most expensive option but also the best quality)

its awesome. that's actually good to hear - for this very reason I'm actually planning on swapping out my 4300K bublbs for the 6000K on my XenonDepot kit...

if you want the blue and the light output you could always do a HID retrofit (check new celica in the apperance section for that mod) wow someone finally did it ...argh i should start on mine already everything is here but time.. retrofitting might be a pain to do though.. easiest would be to just put in a kit.. i like sultans option 3
