Im pretty excited that my car is in the shop getting painted. and i was wondering id anyone could chop what my car is going to look like when it gets out of the shop. the primered parts of the car will be the same color as the rest (carbon blue. With the exception of a raised hoodscoop and that indention on the hood that follows all the way down into the bumper is going to be painted to match the color of my rims. it doesnt really matter if the raised hoodscoop cant be chopped in although it would be nice. anything would help.

because they need to paint the whole hood in order for the paint to feel smooth inbetween the color change in the hood. (kinda sounds confusing) but the center stripe..or whatever you want to call it will blend into the texture of the carbon blue. on the other hand if they only painted a stipe down the center of the hoof on top of the carbon blue you would be able too feel the different coats...btw...any other suggestions on the color of the stripe. i thought silver would be cool, but what do you guys think?

i think silver coudl look spiffy. i understand what you mean now. I woudl suggest having the silver fomr the center stripe flow down into the top of the front bumper. where ht etoyota emblem is. that way it doenst jsut cut off at he edn of the hood. look at bluebatmobiles overlays to see waht i'm tlaking aobut.
