I have stock rear bumper right now with a tanabe medallion exhaust. I am goin to change the rear bumper to a buddy rear. Will this work. Will the exhaust hit the bumper since i am changing it

Yeah you should be good, most back bumpers for the celica allow for a good muffler/exhaust to fit fine.
