Well im planning on lowering my car but cant realy decide on springs or coilovers. I live in ohio and it snows here so i was thinking to get coilovers so i can raise the car back up in the winter so i wont be the local snowplow, but what i hear are coilovers are to hard and bounce like my friends accord so plz help me out to decide what to get, thnx a lot ecelica rocks

well yes springs are going to give you a much better ride, but once you got them on you cant adjust ur ride height. coilovers on the other hand are going to give you a lot of adjustability in the ride height and you can adjust the damper on some of the more expensive ones which will make the ride less harsh. you can also look at gettin a good pair of shocks to go with it. now if you are going to get a cheap pair like under 1k then you are pretty much gonna have to just deal with the crappy ride quality.

There are some coilovers that adjust damper in a turn of a knob and the ride hieght the regular way with that spinning thing confused

Sportlines lower the car a lot. Tanabe and Tein are good also. But i personally would go with Hotchkis Springs. they lower the car about 1.5".
