...I thought his headlights were on but then just looked closer and realized they were the DRLs...kinda bright but lets think about this for a moment.
During the day time, you've got tons of sunshine, the DRLs just help in noticing cars, esp. from a distance. They won't hurt your eyes unless you walk up to one and kneel down right in front of it while it's on. If it were dark enough to hurt your eyes the auto-on feature would turn on the lows, turn off the DRLs, and turn on the parking lights. Also, recalls are usually only issued for a problem that has a serious potential to put someone's life at risk. That, plus the fact that the source is the ever-reliable Fox News, would lead me to say that there won't be a recall over that.
