What the hell does this mean??? *has to do with getting stage 2 c2power turbo:

1. I have to get an aftermarket ECU if I am not mistaken correct? Nope You will have a base mapped Greddy e-manage in the kit. Does that work with our car??

2. What gas will I have to put in (I was thinking the highest grade 91???) . You can run with 91 but the map has to be done to match that. What the HELL does map it mean??? What are the grades i can use??

3.What psi would I run with this set up to have a drivable car almost everyday so I do kill the engine. I suggest 6psi daily drive and 14psi for fun (a good boost controller can help to switch). This is the best using mixture. I will have the internals and stuff (rods and all that they recommend) but doesn't that mean i can run a little higher PSI for driving daily...like on 8 psi or something??

4. EGT?? What does this abbreviation stand for??

5. And I think this is the last question: Do you make a new tranny for my celica or do I have to go somewhere to get it made or do you have the parts and I order them from you and then have a professional build it and install it? We do make the tranny for the celicas ( only for order) but thats only needed on st3 setups. It means basically 14+psi whatever turbo you run. I emaild a guy that c2power said (in NY) has installed the turbo BUT... I can do the build for 2900. I talked to Gas and he will do the install of the tranny for free for me but you wil have to pick up the shipping tab of 900 if you want it done RIGHT! so tranny kit price + 900 for shipping. But i can do everything else , they have to teach me how to install that product. Let me know. I thought they sent the tranny confused anyone know??

PS Gas or anyone associated with C2Power if you answer, sorry didn't want to bother you again wink and when i can thanks for doing the install for free smile and i know a mechanic where i live that can do it for 1k...place is called Ziggy's..i live in MA. I get deals there...how would everything work about getting everything?..if you see this part rofl

Last but not least...when people say tuning the car right for the turbo so nothing breaks...what has to be done and where do i take it ??? if it screws up right away then they better fix it grin lol

Please help anyone!! grin

LOL well Maybe I wasnot clear enough:
1.The greddy e-manage is a piggy back ecu and it does work with our car. We use that for our setups and it is doing just what it has to. However we can only upload a "base map" to it becouse all the conditions are different in each country ( I mean petrol, weather etc...). So you will have to drive your car to a tuner shop to fine tune the greddy after the tubo kitt was installed.
2. the 91 gas looks low to me as we here in the EU have 98. I am using that and most of the turboed celicas here. But as I said in the 1. your map has to be set to match that gas. It basically means you would have to set it richer or may touch the ignition timing as well. Then it will run fine.
3. You can run 14 psi all the time with internals, but I was not sure that you want to have like ~300whp(GTS) all the time. In my dictionary it does not match daily driving car. LOL. It is a pain in the ass to keep ~270-300whp on the fwd car controllable.
4.EGT= Exhoust Gas Temperature. (gauge was ment)
5. I dont get what you mean. basically we have straight cut gear set and LSD done for our celicas. What we offer that we do a free install if you send it over. You would just pay the shipping for both way. It is 900$, and we think it is still cheaper, then some local shop would do it. Who knows how (we think we can do it the best cos we designed it)
I hope it helps now
Gas wink

big time man!! thanks...wonder where i can find a tuner...do they have to dyno it?? oh, and the gas, the highest grade here is 93...at least i believe so...that is what it says at the gas stations...and the tranny stuff...steve from NY on your website said about doing it free and stuff cause i emailed him lol...i meant that i have a friend that is friends with a custom and body shop here in Massachusetts and he will do the turbo for 1k i belive is what he said but i don't know if he would take the tranny out and send it to you and install it back in..also, the exhaust..i am staying street legal and i know i have to get one custom cause i want a three inch downpipe but they should do make the custom exhaust right?

yeah, gas, we use a different method of calculating octane rating in the US. 93 is the highest grade available, but most places have 92 or 91 highest.

CA has mostly 91. there are some places that have 100 though. but it is not very common and about $5+ a gallon.
