ia m a piaa man. i have piaa all around. except hid lows. They will run you a bit but look amazing. if you have the cash check on ebay, they have piaa spark blues. the fogs cost 80 so i dont knwo how much lows cost. someone on here has them, look exaclt like hids, no joke. i am planning on getting piaa spark blue fogs.

For the price difference, I'd find some on eBay that are the color temperature you want, the right wattage, and from a reputable seller.

I recently bought these for $8 total:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7932472754&category=33710

I doubt PIAA's last 10X as long, so I can't see paying 10X as much for them.

yea for lows you can prettymuch get any company and they will look good. unfortunaly for foglights reg apc's or random non name brands dont look good. differnt bulb type. i hear mtecs look good btu i hear the blow out allot. thats the reson i suggested piaa. this weekend i got osme h3 zenon apcs and i put them in, looked exaclty liek stock. was alittle pissed. stock builbs even have alittel blue tint on them. I had a random cheap brank on my jeep wrangler for the lows and they lasted 2 years, looked awsome white blue. never had a problem.

piaa spark blues, or just go with 4300K HID kit. they will last you forever, it costs 300$, it lights the whole planet in front of you like no other like will. you get wut you pay for, but HID isnt only visibility mod, but it takes ur car to a new level. i get nothing but good compliments from ppl for my HIDs, they say it makes the car look way meaner, sexier and way more expensive. plus you cant beat its nice shining color, visibility and perfect cuts that will float with the motion. save some money, spend 300$ on HID kit, install it urself(very easy) and ull be happy!

I have MTECs all around. My low beam MTECS lasted about 10 weeks, all of a sudden I'm smelling plastic burning...I check my lights and the H7s decided to fry out both of my wire harnesses! My right headlight was just starting to brown on the inside as well - not too bad. I installed these myself without any problems, all clips attached securely etc.

I'm waiting for my mechanic to get new harnesses so he can splice together. I'm going to have the stock low-beam bulbs put back in...simply cannot have this happen again!
SUCKS!!! confused

I'm pretty sure the GE Nightwawk bulbs are designed to be brighter than normal, but I don't think they are a higher color temperature than normal, so they will still look a bit yellowish, not pure white or bluish tint, if that's what you're looking for.

i just got changed to silverstars right now since my hiper industry bulbs were going really really dim. they were really nice color (blue/white) looked almost identical to my friends s2000 hids, but of course i couldnt see anything while driving. well i changed to silverstars, and all i have to say is that they look just like stock for some reason too me. i have silverstart high beams too, the high beams actually have a little purple in them, but they are pretty bright. im satisfied with the highs, but the low beams are almost identical to stock. i need to go hid. someone should get yellow bulbs in their low beams and tell us how it is
