well here in utah we just got our first major snow storm last night, which got me thinking about my heater. My heater will work fine if the car is actually moving but if i am trying to warm up the car or am stopped at a light, it starts to blow out some extremely cold air. Usually once i start moving again at a decent speed it gets warmer. So does anybody know what is going on with my heater, and how i would go along getting it fixed? The high here is 20 degree's so i would really like to get this fixed ASAP.

I have no idea!

Are you recirc'ing the air or taking it in fresh?

Thats pretty much normal, kind of like how the AC of a car gets colder/stronger the more gas you give to the engine. Throw it in neutral and revv at lights. rofl

A few years ago I had a similar problem, and it turned out to be a faulty water pump.
