I have a 2003 GTS and I got mine with the TRD body kit which means I didn't get foglights. I bought the OEM fogs (not the one for the TRD bumper) I have the kaminari bumper now and i want to get the fogs put on. My question is does my car come wired for the fogs or do i have to get it wired. I saw a plug that is unplugged on the right side but not on the left side unless i missed it? Thanks for any help.

You should have both plugs just look for them. Either way it will not work because you need the stock foglight relay and switch.

My Gt came with OEM fogs on the TRD kit. Should work. Wish I was with my car so I could help you.

Since your car didn't come with fog lights, you don't have the switch on the steering column and you don't have the fuse in the fuse box. You need to go with an aftermarket fog light kit, like PIAA [piaa.com]. They come with everything that you need to install them, fuse, switch, wiring harness, and PIAA makes some of the best fog lights available.

Sure just used an aftermarket wiring kit. I dont know if they sell them separate or you can just buy some cheap $25-40 foglights and just use the wiring harness?

you can get them hooked up happywink

you'll just need to get a wiring kit. i'd suggest getting one with a relay...

if you just get a plain wiring kit it should run you about $8 or so..

if you get one with a relay i think its $30 last time I saw in at pepboys in the fog light aisle thumbsup

...and stock OEM fogs are nice because it utilizes a projector thumbsup

from site above ...
...Not all fog light kits will come with a relay but a relay should always be used (or you risk frying the switch)...

quoted from above...

Any wiring problem or short in the fog lamps could feed power back through the headlamp switch, causing it to smoke or even catch fire. A relay system greatly decreases the chances of this happening. The relay is a switch that feeds the power from the battery, to the switch, then back out to the lamps. It is not a complex system at all but you do need to follow the wiring diagrams carefully. If anything ever happens to the system, the relay will usually burn out first; it's a simple and inexpensive thing to replace. By offloading the switching of electrical power to the lamps from the headlamp switch to the relay, you will not only get a safer situation, but the lights will not draw from the headlamp power and you will get a brighter light.

least your not hooking up an aftermarket set.. for me its always been mounting the lights somewhere that took the longest time.. wiring was easy as cake tasty
