This has probably be discussed before, but in a quick search I didn't find anything. I have a 2000 celica gts and on the gas cap it says "premium fuel only." Does this mean 91 is the lowest octane you can put in? I bought it with high miles on it, so I need to preserve the engine as much as possible and do what's best for it, even if it means more at the pump.

always use 91 octane for your GTS. do what the fucking cap tell you to do.

you dont wanna go cheap on your car and then bitch about the engine dying out on you.

(im saying this in a nice way)

never question what the gas cap tells you to do. only question what the voices in your head are telling you to do, only if it means that youre gonna get laid or not. lollol

uh huh, and another important thing also, pump the 91 at Chevron... thats what i do. My celica is an 2000 gts also and i bought it brand new in feb. 2000 and been using this type of gas only... its only because chevron has techon in the gas, i find that this is better for my motor... this is my advice...
