Wats the cheapest way i csan improve the performance of my 6th gen celica? And does premium unleaded petrol improve performance? If so, how much more horses does it give.

premium won't improve performance, but it will improve the life of your engine. Start out with getting a free flowing air Intake, popular one being k&n, and a free flowing exhaust muffler (headers too if you can afford them.)That could give you up to 20hp if you stay away from the walmart crap. If you want more, look into an ecu upgrade.

When I find myself in a position like this, I ask myself what would General Motors do? And then I do the opposite!

Intake: whether its a Cold Air, Short Ram, Ram Air, or just a TRD or K&N Air Filter - you will get hp gains.
(TRD or K&N Air Filter are more cheaper than air Intakes and can give the same amount of HP gain)

Exhaust: full exhaust kits, such as GReddy, Apexi, Tanabe, HKS. Or you can buy just a muffler and have a custom piping done.

Grounding Wire Kit: grounds the electrical charges providing a better, defined use of electricity.

I've mastered the art of the After Image Technique.
