So i woke up this afternoon from drinkin almost all night...and found out someone put rims on my car...it was my uncle...as an early xmas gift...i didnt ask for it but he just pickd them up eek (dammit i was gonna buy myself some 18s anyways)..so, now i got these 17s on my car lookin like some damn monster truck...i need a drop..a drop bad..can anyone recommend me good springs for a 00 celica (no kit, all stock) how low should i go? The rims look exactly like those knock offs in the picture i attached...There ADR rsl's

2.0" is a good drop for 17's. Tanabe DF210's get my vote. thumbsup

man it all depends on what you want... do you want to worry about bumps and shit or do you not care...

my 1.4" drop isnt that much but does a lot for the car, handling appearance etc... 2" drops, you will have to worry about bumps etc and then have to get camber kits and new struts sooner... so i say again, it all depends on what you want!

1.4" was perfect for what i wanted when i got the springs but now i have an itch to go lower so i might get a 2" drop soon...

^^^^very true. My drop is Tokicko, 1.25". Not a lot, but I am putting Blitz on and it is pretty low for that kit. I have 17's too. Heres a pic with the front end on (in primer) it was a test fit. Won't be on till spring.

heres one stock front. Like I said, not real aggressive, but closes that SUV gap!
