does anyone know how to remove the interior air conditioning vents of an 00+ celica GT?

don't take them out,simply pay about $25 for bluebats overlay kit and then they will look painted

I think you have to pop them out from the back of the dash. In other words, you have to remove your dash to remove them.

Not 100% sure though confused

You can only remove the two rotating flaps. Get a flathead screwdriver, cover the end with masking tape (to prevent scratches) and pry them out. The rest (rotating bracket) can't be removed unless you take the entire dashboard out.

I suggest you save yourself the time & trouble and purchase Blue Batmobile's kit... thumbsup

i took mine off last wednesday and painted them and let me tell you...they are a lot easier to take off than to put back on!!!! those are a bit*h to re-install!!!!

they were kinda tough, but you can do it. Just takes time.
