Well for $100, you're getting brand-new stuff.
It does suck though. I had someone break into my parents car when I drove it once... thankfully, nobody has ever broken into the Celi.
Alarms with kill switches help prevent theft of the actual car... but alarms don't do much in terms of stealing stereo stuff. Pop the Hood
and d/c the battery... no more alarm.
Your best bet is a low deductible incase something does happen... which you have.
