wheel fitment

I've looked around a bit and can't seem to find the exact offset that my wheels are.. and don't really feel like going out and taking them off and measuring them. so was wondering if anyone knew. I know I have a 5 lug 100mm bolt patter all I need is the offset to make sure wheels I order online will fit right.. also would be good too know just how much wheel I can fit underthere. Was thinking 18's with 225/40's and 1 inch lower would fill up the wells nicely. I don't really want the car to be much lower to the ground so if I get bigger wheels and lower the springs I hope it'll stay the same height off the ground for clearance of steep driveways and potholes.

PS I have a 7th gen GTS
