It's good, the standard by which others copy, you could say. In the case of The 7th Gen Celica Injen CAI's are also a good choice. But as stated above you should do a little research before taking our words for it.

it depends on your area if it rains hard or not, you must worry about hydrolocking if you get water in the intake

Consider a short ram intake - when I bought a CAI I was unaware of the danger of hydrolock. The people installing it said 'you better cover this thing or your engine could be toast'. I got nervous - had them take it off and sold it. I live in the Pac NW and it rains constantly here so CAI just sounds too risky.

Alot of people have said you have to completely immerse the filter to have trouble but that gamble is just not worth it to me for the minimal HP difference between a CAI and short ram.
