1) got to photobucket.com
2)sign up for an account
3)once logged in, submit a picture to photobucket with the 'submit' button that is saved on your computer
4) Copy the bottom line under the picture that says [img]...[/img] and paste it in your post

go to browse and up load the pic from your comp.. if its not in jpg or png form then you need to convert it.
