could be something other than the Intake
... my 420 was the o2 sensor on the cat (under the car)
toyota replaced it under warenty and I never saw the CEL again
btw - i have never recieved a CEL from my Injen SRI

ya know Isaac, I never ever got a CEL from my Injen SRI
either...until last week. I investigated and found that one of my silicone hoses, the one that goes into the throttle body had colapsed. So I went and got a 2 ft piece of 8mm hose, the heavy black stuff, replaced the hose, and then reset the ECU. The The CEL never came back,its been 8 days
How cool to have fixed the problem. Bonus, the car is much spunkier now, that colapsed hose was robbing me of power! Moral of story...sorry so long...is it is imperative all hoses are connected properly and are routed properly, or blocked off properly, or the car will definately not run right.
