If I go in to the dealer with an issue i found in a TSB should I be charged for any of the work they do based on that TSB? From what I gather from other posts I don't think so but I wanted to check with the experienced.

I am also wondering about this. I also have the Gold Warranty and was just going to post this question before seeing yours. Let us see what the other members have to say about this.

All I know was that when I mentioned TSB, the service writer at the Toyota that I went to did not know what a Technical Service Bulletin was...soooo

Yeah, I think I need the belt tensioner work done on my car. The symptoms are identical to the bulletin description. I just don't want to pay for it...

I have not have that done yet, but they should take care of it, I just got 4 new top ends tires from the dealer and it didn't cost me a penny. They even gave me a rental for free. thumbsup

The Belt Tensioner is covered and so is the labor. You just gotta pay whatever the warranty payment is and the Timing Belt if that is needed to be replace. They do not cover the belt but covers the tensioner.

If you have Platinum or whatever it is above the Gold warranty then you are fine. Is like health benefits, you pay like $25 bucks to get checked but everything else is covered. It said so on my warranty papers. Maybe yours is the top notch one since that one does not ask for any cash up front.
