tell me when you find out. I've collected the brake resevior, clutch master cylinder, brake and clutch pedal assembly, and shifter with cables. all i need is the tranny, axels, clutch, flywheel, and ECU. i'm almost ready to give up and sell my parts.

of course you need to change the computer. the ECU you have now controls your Auto transmission. I don't think your car will move, if you do the swap without changing the ECU.

the tranny swap is one of the hardest things to do and very expensive, thats one of the reasons i've been starting to give up on it. I'd try to do it myself but i know it'll take me 4 days straight.

how long? usual time i've noticed it takes is like 2-4 weeks. but that is pretty cheap. hard part is supporting the engine when you remove the engine cradle to take out and replace the tranny.
