i dont know what the f... it is
when its happening i put the clucth in and take it out of gear and the sound still persists.
its only when i come to a complete stop, then accelerate again does the sound relent.
most thoughts and suggestions would be appreciated

what kind of noise, i.e. belt squeak, metal?

well its coming from up front but its not the engine
almost like a whirling sound. it comes only after a really good acceleration but what concerns me is that the problem could get worse
any body now anything about a final drive bearing. if it were bearings wouldnt the problem be there all the time

If it were bearings it wouldn't necessairly do it all the time. My counter shaft bearing went out and it would only make noise in 3rd, 4th, and 5th gear.

well the thing is i could go as fast as i wanted to in any gear and there will be no noise but sometimes when i get on it and release the whirling sound is back

well now it makes noise intermittenly in first and its just so fucking loud
i guess ill try to look for a response tommorow when more ppl are online
