power antenna to s2000 antenna? at all possible?

is there any way possibleeasy way to replace the power antenna with the s2000 antenna?

yes, take the motor out, get the non-powered antenna system and replace it. of course, add the s2k on top of it...

^^ correct.. that and and you could try to find someone who took out their non powered antenna...

and put in a power antenna... happywink

I did that but i don't have my base anymore..

I was in the same debate when I bought my s2k antenna. I didn't know it wouldn't fit with the power antenna. So I decided not to install it for 2 reasons: 1. almost everybody has one. 2. The reception is better if not the same.


If you want something done right, you gotta do it yourself.
