Yeah. I tried that. My experience was that the heater and AC buttons didn't light up because not enough lights were shinning through. I just colored my stock bulbs "orange" to match my gauges. I also colored the clock and the cigarette lighter to the same color.

But it is looking good, Ken. Keep up the good work. thumbsup

You can also spray the A/C area with reflective paint or chrome to get a brighter shine. I've done it works out well. Only reccomend it if you've taken apart you're whole control unit.

Keep it up looks very clean!

Just get some testors transparent spray paint...just make sure its transparent. Go to your hobby shop and they should def have some.

i have the 03 and everything is orange on the interior.. i think im the only one in here who likes the orange lights on the inside.. very easy on the eyes i think heh

nah I like it too...but i may get mine changed to another color to match whatever head unit I get or something...Idk yet. That will be next summer.

I agree with you, you are never alone here. Most of these guys have green lights in center dash and it sucks. I hated that about my 2000 the change to all one color in 2003 was a good move.

I wanted to do that, but I heard they blow out shortly after.
