if you guys remember my condensation problem well i got rid of it i opened it up like you guys said cleaned that sucker out and waxed it all it was a major task but what came out was incredable.

Had that problem too. Did the same thing but also painted the insert black while i was at it, and also sealed the headlight with adhesive.

just to make sure... do you have to completly remove the bumper to take off 1 headlight??

You waxed the inside??? So just open it and clean, then wax and seal it. Mine aint that bad but its kinda dirty

yes you have to take the whole bumper off which is a real hassle, i used wax in the inside and out side after i washed it of course and i use really high quality slicon black color would be the best on the sides made it air tight, and i had some yellow spots on them from the head light for that i used meguiars scratch x its for fine scratches and swirl remover. it worked great i suggest this product to everybody

No you don't have to take off your bumper if it is a urethane one. You can get away with taking off the screw in the wheelwell where the bumper meets the fender (under the wheel well plastics) and that will let you get at the third bolt on the light.

Looks really good btw!

should have seen mine. wish id taken pics. my passenger side headlight had about 2inches in it. I didnt do anything about the condesation for so long that it built up.
