How do you tune the apex-i power fc?

I just got the chip a couple weeks ago and i dont know how to tune it or read japenese, so can someone help me out. I didnt get any maps put on the chip, so i have to basically start from scratch. Can anyone help?

the power FC is a replacement ECU for one...chip???????

PM lucky_317...he wrote a tutorial and entire thread about it
