There are 5 pics to follow, DO NOT POST UNTIL THEY ARE UP.

I picked this up from Steven(moderator here on E-Celica) about 6 weeks ago. Helped me install it and was cool hanging out with him again. Well needless to say handling has been drastically improved, I don't mind the fact that I can't recline the seat all the way down, its not like I sleep in the car. The seatbelt is a little harder to pull but it's nothing that you can't manage, it looks really nice too. Recommend this to anyone who is looking for better handling. By the way bought for $35 and Steven installed it.

Nice pillar bar. Really nice I've got the same bar but had to take it off. Problems with reclining the seat. I was able to put it on but the threads that extend were practically fully extended was yours designed the same way? I tried using them without the seat belts but haven't tried it with them on you think it'll make a difference? cool

i've never seen a chassis flex bar located there before? so how does it feel? more turn in? more responsive? harsher ride? where do you exactly feel the...er...umm...stiffness.

the ride feels a lot more stiff, like you have more control(as it is with any sway bar), but its a little different since its located directly in the middle, so its actually better. the ride is not harsh at all, and its on tight enuff to handle really well and still pull the seat belts down easily.

you shouldn't notice much of a difference in handling at all unless you have a bone stock suspension setup and even then it would be negligible. The chassis support with this thin bar is minimal and therefore would provide next to no improvements

- I was actually considering this some time ago for my 4-point harnesses but decided against it after I saw the build quality of the Sparco harness bar and later found a company to custom-build one for me since Sparco doesn't have a Celica-specific bar.

Not bad for $35 though - thumbsup
